New Iso update for Quickbooks Desktop App not working

Updated the QB Desktop app on iphone and keep taking me in circles to login.  Deleted app then downloaded.  Now not allowing me to snap receipts.  Message pops up, "Allow access to photos".  Been to setting to allow access but there is not a "button" to allow access to photos, only Cellular Data and Siri & Search.  At a loss.  Thanks

I have some information about updating QuickBooks Desktop App. QuickBooks Online Desktop App is no longer supported as of April 20, 2021. That said, you can still use the app but no longer receive software updates and bug fixes to the app after April 20th.

 

You can log in to your account using your phone's browser so you can snap receipts. Supported browsers are the following.

 

  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Safari 11 or newer
