Only been using quickbooks for a short time. Do I have to do anything to change it over to the new tax year? It says 2018-2019 is this correct?

Yes, @Rustler is correct. Then, the 2018-2019 is accurate. You don't have to do anything to proceed it over to the new tax year.

To learn more about the summary of the tax year's key facts and figures for payroll taxes, you can check out this helpful article: Payroll Tax Year Changes 2018/2019. This link also helps you stay compliant of all the changes that come into effect every April.

That's it. Don't hesitate to drop by here in the Community if you need further assistance. I'll gladly help, @kerry cooper
