No one told me subscription was going up to £12

I know why the subscription was going up to £12, A Hobday.

The regular cost of QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) is £10 per month, excluding Value Added Tax (VAT). If VAT is applied to your subscription, the total amount will be £12 as the 20% VAT will be added to the original price.

If you notice any additional charges beyond your subscription, please contact our support team. This way, they can pull up your account and further investigate the issue in their system.

Here's how: 

1. In your QBO account, select Help (?). 
2. Choose the Search tab.
3. At the bottom of your screen, click Contact Us.  
4. Type your concern. Then click Continue. 
5. You may choose Callback, Appointment, or Chat as your way to connect with us. 
6. Kindly fill out the provided field such as your First name, Last name, Email address, and Phone number. 
7. Depending on what you choose as your way to connect with us, click Callback, Schedule an appointment, or Chat.
