No option to set up Forward from Email

Hello,

 

I have just opened a new QuickBooks Online Sole Trader account. I want to send receipts to QuickBooks via email. I tried to follow the instructions, but there is no option to set up an email inbox in the "Receipt" tab.

What am I missing? Or do I need to upgrade my account to use this feature?

Setting up the email inbox for forwarding receipts is available in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Simple start and QBO Plus. To use this feature you'll need to update to the latest version of QuickBooks. I've outlined the steps on how to upgrade your plan.

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks as a primary or company admin.
  2. Go to Settings and click Subscriptions and Billing.
  3. Under Your Subscriptions, click Upgrade your plan below the QuickBooks section.
  4. Review the available plans and then select Choose Plan.
  5. Follow the on-screen steps to upgrade your plan.
