Any users receiving notifications via the Bell icon on QBO homepage?
We have been using QBO since Jan 2022 and have never received any notifications.

I was informed by QBO support (on Chat) today, that it's for notifying customers of updates.   
Same day I was informed by QB team member on Community it's for reminders for recurring transactions.   
Why such conflicting information?  We have never received any notifications.  Secondly, we have reminders set up for recurring transactions but never get reminders.  QBO Support told me today you have to physically select the reminder list in recurring transactions and view your reminders - remind myself to look up the list of reminders?
So if anyone gets reminders through this, I'd love to know what they are?  It's not in HELP!

Hello MCooney, so I have spoken with an agent who is higher up and they have said the notification work pretty well with tasks on advanced, as per notifications on qbo packages under advanced, is more for maintenance notifications rather then alerts on transactions. The bell icon that we are aware of works with Workforce, we would recommend that you leave feedback to get the bell icon to notify you of certain actions you want to be notified for.
