Our client can't access his QuickBooks invoices.

Our client recently transferred his billing over to us however now he can't seem to see his invoices now in the billing and subscriptions tab. 

He gets presented with this message.

Can anyone help as to why this is?

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

So your client will not be able to get a subscription invoice as they are paying you rather then us directly. That is why they are getting that message when they try to have a look at it. Once billing has been transferred to accountant, client is no longer able to see the billing page.
