Our company logo will no longer show on pdf's (REd X). I have tried all options on previous threads but nothing fixes the problem. Please can you resolve this issue?

We have been advised that the engineers fixed this issue on the 30th October however if you are experiencing this issue still we would need to ask you to delete and re-upload the logo in order for this to work for you and show on Pdf's. Just to add some users have found they need to delete and re-upload the logo a few times and then this was resolved.
