To check for any browser issue that may be causing this, please try clearing the cache and Intuit-specific cookies on your normal browser. 

 

Once cleared, be sure to close and re-open the browser for the changes to take effect. Here's how to make sure you only clear the Intuit-specific cookies on Chrome:

 

1. At the top right, select the More ⋮ icon.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Privacy and security.
4. Select Cookies and other site data.
5. Select See all cookies and site data.
6. Type 'intuit' in the search bar to find Intuit cookies.
7. Select Remove all shown or the trash can icon.
8. Restart Google Chrome for the changes to take effect.
