PensionSync - Details Submitted

Hi,

 

Are you able to let me know how i can see the details/fields submitted to our pension provider via Quickbook advance Payroll?

 

We are currently pensionsync, but i do not believe all fields are being imported. Such as leaver date.

Right ok you could try looking in the fps for the period and check the pension contributions there see if it shows you in there what your after. 

 

If it doesn't then there is no way of seeing it in Advanced payroll and we would suggest leaving feedback in the main cog wheel>feedback and this gets sent straight to our development team and you could check on your pension provider site see if it tells you on there.

If you have a look in payroll settings>pension settings> action>open pensionsync dashboard it could possibly tell you all the information you need in there.

Unfortunately I can not see details of submission on Dashboard.
