Dear community, I would highly appreciate if you advise if Google SSO is implemented to QuickBooks Online?

I value your feedback about this matter, @Igor ZFX.

I can see how this functionality would be helpful for you and your business.

You don't need to create a credit memo if your customer overpaid you and wants a credit on their account because you already have an unapplied credit that serves as your credit memo. Following these steps will enable you to repay them:

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon at the top, then click on Feedback.
  3. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
  4. Click Next to submit feedback.

To enhance your QuickBooks experience, our Product Development Team receives your comments.

I'm also adding this article to help you resolve if you will have login issues: Resolve issues with My Account Login.

You can Reply to this thread anytime if you need further assistance with your payroll forms. Just let me know by adding a comment below. I’ll be here. Always take care!

Hi @Igor ZFX

I think @Ethel_A12 has wires crossed or is answering someone else's question.

Google SSO used to work (upto maybe Sept 2022) but this was via Google Apps / Workspace / whatever it's now called.  There is a QBO plugin (in Google Workspace Marketplace) to allow the handover.

It worked just fine for me then stopped working, I tried to figure it out but couldn't get it working again.

I now force QBO to send a SMS every time I log in.  Maybe the few pence that costs will get them to look into it?!
