Please help, can not connect to Llodys bank , try again in a few hours either error code 390 or 590.

Hi there, harryhare.

 

Codes 590 and 390 are temporary errors that usually self resolve within 48 hours. It happens if your bank is making some changes. 

 

You can also disconnect, then re-add the account is persisting for more than 48 hours. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Bank accounts.
  2. Look for the bank and click on it.
  3. Click the Delete icon in the upper-right had corner of the bank.
  4. Type in Delete to confirm and click Delete.

 

You can also use an incognito or switch to a different browser if you're still trying to add the bank. Here are some of keyboard shortcuts to quickly open an incognito session: 

 

  • Ctrl Shift N  for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl Shift P for Firefox
  • Control Option +if you're using Safari
  • Ctrl Shift P for Microsoft Edge
