Please help. I need to authorise the software. I got confirmation t it's all connected, but went back to Client books and it says not connected. what should I do now?

I'd like to ensure we're on the same page, so I can give you the right amount of resolution so you can get back on track..

 

I have some questions to ask so I can determine if what type of authorisation do you need. Which of the following are you trying to connect with QuickBooks:

  • Bank account for Online Banking
  • Third-party application
  • Authorise QuickBooks to interact with HMRC

Please get back to me with some more specific information about this concern. Any extra details would be a great help for me to narrow down this issue.
