Hello,

 

Can I enter previous years' records (currently on a spreadsheet) on quickbooks online? I want to get all the years since inception on QB and tidy everything up.

 

I am currently using QB only for payroll.

 

Can someone please advise.?

Do these spreadsheets just include transactions?

Hi Talia, Yes the spreadsheet includes workings to arrive at trial balance.

The spreadsheet will have to conform to that of the template provided in the specific import section.

If you are bringing in invoices for example the spreadsheet mus conform to that shown in the import invoices section, cog/gear icon > import data > invoices > download an example.
