Print preveiw not working on my tablet ????

on my base unit up stairs is ok but tablet is not showing anything

If verified that you're using one, let's go ahead and perform some troubleshooting steps to determine if this is a browser-related issue. To begin, run your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using an incognito mode. Sometimes the browser is full of frequently accessed pages, thus causing some errors and/or unusual responses. 

 

The following are the shortcut keys you can use to open one:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

 

When signed in, attempt to print preview a form again. If this works, I recommend clearing the cache of your regular browser to eliminate old data files that may cause the issue. If the same thing happens, you can use another supported browser as an alternative. It might be that the one you're using has a temporary issue with QBO. 

 

However, if the issue persists, you can also update or repair the Adobe Reader to fix the print preview issue. 

 

Making your sales form more attractive and professional-looking is a breeze in QBO. To do so, you can simply use the Custom Form Style feature to edit a template based on your preferences. The changes will also apply when you send or print them.
