Printing multiple pdf Invoices to local file directory in QB desktop

Hi

I’m using a windows 12 server with QB Desktop. On the windows 12 server microsoft print to file driver is not supported, so I have downloaded Cute pdf writer print driver. I’m trying to work out the best way to save a batch of individual invoice pdf’s to a local drive when using the Print batch option.

Currently when I use the Print drop down menu and select Batch option and select X number of invoices I am prompted to save as a name which then saves them all as one PDF file. Is there a way to print the batch to file that automatically saves each invoice pdf selected in the batch to a file directory rather than saving them as the one big pdf file?

Any advice appreciated.

Hello Syn_Fin

 

On QB Desktop with the batch option in the print drop down menu will always put it into one PDF file.There is not currently a way to batch them and then save to separate files.We can pass on your feedback to our desktop product developers to see if this option can be added in future.Currently the only way to get one invoice in one pdf file is to do one by one rather than batch.
