Products and Services issue - save and new does not work
Is anyone else having problems with setting up new PRODUCTS.
When creating a new product, the save and close button / save and new button does not respond and we have to manually close the screen using the X option. It also says that product already exists even though it didn't prior to this set up ie it saves but the screen hangs.
When then inputting the product into a supplier bill, the fields do not populate and we have to close the bill. When you try to reopen it, we get “error loading transaction”. This has been happening intermittently since Friday 31st March. We have used 3 different PCs, 3 different browsers, cleared the cookies, cache and history
