QB has suddenly stopped logging my mileage. I "start" when I set off and "stop" on arrival. No longer asks me if business or personal. Nothing showing on account.

Ensure that the QuickBooks app has the necessary permissions to track your location and log mileage.

For iOS:

1. Go to your device’s Settings.
2. Scroll down and select QuickBooks.
3. Make sure Location is set to Always.
4. Verify that Motion & Fitness and Background App Refresh are enabled.

For Android:

1. Go to your device’s Settings > Apps.
2. Find and select QuickBooks.
3. Tap Permissions and ensure that Location is set to Allow all the time.

You'll also need to follow these:

• Restarting your device can sometimes resolve minor glitches and restore proper functionality.
• Make sure you’re using the latest version of the QuickBooks app. Updates often include bug fixes and improvements.
• If the problem persists, consider troubleshooting the QuickBooks app.
  1. Uninstall the QuickBooks app from your device.
  2. Go to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
  3. Download and reinstall the QuickBooks app.
  4. Log in and check if the mileage tracking feature works correctly.
