QBO UK Functions gone missing - no reports or projects

I've been using QBO on and off over the past few days. I just gone in to run some reports and I can't.

 

When I hover over the Projects or Reports links, the text appears at the bototm of the browser window (Firefox Mac) but clicking has no effect. If I manually enter https://app.qbo.intuit.com/app/reports I get a white screen where the reports list should appear. The is true for projects.

All other categories seem to work, though they are very slow.

Luckily, I'm done for the night, but what's going on?

You'll want to make sure you've entered your login credentials correctly to seamlessly access your account. If you have and the issue persists, I recommend accessing your account in a private or incognito window. This way, we can easily verify if this is a browser cache issue as this doesn't store any data files.

 

The system uses cache and cookies to swift load web pages faster. However, too much of it causes unusual behavior that affects the performance of your account. To begin with, you can utilize these keyboard shortcuts on how to open a private window:

 

  • Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome browser) 
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox & Microsoft Edge browsers)
  • Command + Shift + N (Safari browser)

 

If you're able to log in to your account via an incognito window, I suggest clearing your regular browser's cache to refresh the system. If the issue remains, I recommend using other supported browsers. This way, we can see and check if this is a browser-integrated issue.
