QBO why 3 clicks to print anything !!!

why does it take a minimum of 3 clicks to print anything on QBO !!!! 

 

it is such a pain......  have I missed something ?

    Things are tough right now, @ungersj. That's why I'm here to provide some information about the printing process in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 
     

    I appreciate you sharing a screenshot of the issue as well as additional details about this. I know how important it is to make printing easier. However, the program has its printing process that requires you to select some buttons to confirm that you're ready to print the form. 

     

    As a workaround, you'll want to consider following the steps recommended by @william555 in performing the batch print.
     

    To request lessen the clicks when printing, I recommend sending feedback to our product developers. Rest assured that they are bound to improve the program's features in line with the needs of the users. Here's how:

     

    1. In your QBO company file, select the Gear icon.
    2. Then, choose Feedback.
    3. Next, enter your comments or product suggestions.
    4. Once done, click Next to submit feedback.

    Hello Shopadmin, 

     

    Welcome to the Community page, 

     

    We have had no other reports of this. 

     

    Can you try clearing your cache and cookies, to all time, close the browser down and reload it and try again and see if it just works when you click one it once. Let us know if you still have an issue. This link here will help you.

    Well these are the steps you have to do to make a single print !!!!!

     

    Quick books....more like SLOW BOOKS !!!!

        I took screenshots of the clicking I have to do to print a check. How can I make this easier???
