QBSE changing invoice receipt wording template

I am trying to change the wording on my receipts email. I have had lots of customers saying they have already paid it as the wording on the email in the subject says invoice for payment .... rather than Receipt for payment.

I don't want to change it every time and this is not an option on the phone app anyway.

Personalizing the template to identify the receipts easily would make work more convenient. I also appreciate your effort in manually changing the wording. 

 

Since this is currently unavailable, I recommend sending this request to our Product Development Team. Please know that we're unable to provide a timeline for when this will be implemented.

  1. Go to the Assistant icon.
  2. Enter Add a feature, then share your idea.
  3. If you're ready to send, click Yes.

  1. Select the Assistant icon on the footer.
  2. On the QB assistant window, enter Feedback, and then type Add a feature.
