Query Processing error

On the quickbooks online app on iPhone, I keep getting the error message:

unexpected error 

Query processing error:null 

i have uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

it is also not letting me access the history of my estimates.

I'm here to share some troubleshooting steps you can perform to fix this error message. 

 

You'll need to refresh your data or update the app.

 

  • Android: From More Options ⋮, tap Settings, then select Refresh Data, and then tap Yes.
  • iOS: From the Menu ☰, select Help & Feedback, tap Refresh Data, and then select Refresh.

 

Let's start with an incognito window.  This helps isolate the issue since it doesn’t store data in the cache. Here are the following keyboard shortcuts: 

 

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N 
  • Microsoft Edge:  CTRL + Shift + P

 

If it works, you can go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. Once a cache is piled up, it can cause any unexpected page behavior.

 

You can also switch to a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari.
