I dont trust the trustpilot reviews for years now.

You seem to imply that there were only 117 views?

 

I'm not trying to defend their products, I too have issues with some of their products. In my opinion Quickbooks Desktop is very good, I'm not keen on Quickbooks Online. How much of that is due to my age is debateable.
