I appreciate what you've done so far, @csdirect-compuse. Yes, I have some steps and details ready to help you resolve the mileage tracking issue you're experiencing with the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app. Let me outline them for you.

If you've completed the fixes mentioned in the article on resolving mileage tracking issues in the QuickBooks mobile app but still face the same problem, it's best to contact our Technical Support team. Otherwise, continue with the remaining steps in the article to successfully track your mileage in QuickBooks.

Additionally, you can only track mileage if you're signed in as a user with admin privileges for the company file.

In the meantime, you'll want to manually enter the trips in your QBO account.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Expenses, then Mileage.
  2. Select Add trip.
  3. Add the Trip date, Start point, End point, Distance, and Business purpose.
  4. Choose the vehicle you used.
  5. Click  Save.

Moreover, you can visit this link to learn more about tracking mileage in Quikcbooks, : Automatically track mileage in QuickBooks Online.

Furthermore, I've attached materials that may help with future tasks regarding mileage reimbursements in QuickBooks Online: Reimburse employees' mileage and vehicle expenses in QuickBooks Online.
