Hi All,

I am in the UK.  We used Quickbooks for our business accounts until we couldn't cope with only 5 users and had to change to Sage(Ugh).  We used Quickbooks 2013, but I retained Quickbooks 2003 for my home accounts and investments.  All was fine until my computer crashed and had to be rebuilt.  I only have backups of my home accounts, but I can't reinstall  Quickbooks 2003 in Windows 7 as it tells me stlport_r50.dll is missing.  I've tried reinstalling 2003 and 2006, but get the same reult.  Any ideas?

Kind regards, David

    hi @ DavidStagg ,

There are three points we could share:

    1.  If you have more than 5 users but not interest to use Enterprise edition, you should consider to use QuickBooks 2019 Premier Accountant edition for 10 users.

    2. Please ensure to check your Windows Update and no update is available.

    3.  You could google to find the file of the missing DLL on internet and copy it into your Windows folder.
