QuickBooks app

I have had a new phone and just tried downloading the QuickBooks app, the new “small business” app is the only one available. For some reason the original one does not come up in my purchase history. So when I’ve tried to sign up to the new app my email account is already in use.

Welcome to the community, Declantay. Let me provide you with details about signing up for a new QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account and the availability of the QuickBooks Self-Employed app in the app store.

 

For QuickBooks Self-Employed, you can only have one account per email address. This is the reason why you can't use an email if it's associated with an existing QBSE account.

 

When creating a new account, you’ll need to use a different email address. Then click the Create a new account link and follow the steps to create a new account.

 

Regarding the availability of QuickBooks Self-employed in the app store, it's not available for download since March 24, 2024. If you previously downloaded the app, you could find the app to redownload in your app store account history. To redownload the app, you must use the same app store account you used previously to download the app.
