How wonderful it is to be greated with a QBO crash 18.24pm 05/07/2023 UK time for me ..........................................What faith do we all have with our data

How about next time you lot do an update, you email your customers to tell them this and update what needs to be updated, NOT what you think needs to be !!

    Hi, Kev-20. Let me share some troubleshooting steps for browsing issues in QuickBooks Online.

     

    I checked and found no reported issues similar to the one you encountered. You can also use this link to check the status of our systems: https://status.quickbooks.intuit.com/

     

    However, if QuickBooks continues to crash or becomes stuck, we can perform some troubleshooting steps to check for and resolve any browsing issues. To begin, we'll log in to your QuickBooks Online account in a private or incognito window.

     

    Depending on your browser, the following keyboard shortcuts will allow you to open a private window:

     

    • Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
    • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
    • Safari: Command + Option + P

     

    If everything looks good with your purchase order, you can go back to your regular browser window and clear some cache. It will remove outdated and corrupted internet files that can cause display issues. You can also use other supported browsers that work best with QuickBooks Online. 

     

    In addition, we recommend the computer operating systems and internet speeds provided in this article for optimal QuickBooks Online performance: System requirements for QuickBooks Online, Accountant, Payroll, and QuickBooks Self-Employed.

    I'm having the same issues with QBO UK, QBO USA and QBO Canada
    I have 4 deadlines looming ..... I am so fed up with this product.

    Hello Susan3rd, thanks for posting on this thread, we have had no other reports of this come in about QuickBooks crashing. Can you please try clearing your cache and cookies to all time, close the browser down, reload it and see if that resolves it for you.
