Quickbooks lost all my data from 7.30pm for this tax year all transactions was up to date and sorted into correct category and now after going back in app they disappeared

Let's find those missing transactions, dsthompson3023.

 

You can start by logging into your QuickBooks Self-Employed account using a web browser. Apply the filters including the date and the account the entries are downloaded on the Transactions tab. See the attached screenshot below for your visual guide.

 

 

 

You can also run the Profit and Loss and check transactions where you categorized them. Here are the steps:

 

  1. Go to the Reports menu and select Profit and loss.
  2. Filter the date.
  3. Click the amount next to each category and verify the transaction.
     

If everything looks good, you can clear the cache on your mobile device. This helps refresh the data on the app so you can see recent transactions.

 

Also, on your app, make sure to use the same login credentials you use on the web browser. This is to ensure your data syncs to the app.

 

If you aren't seeing those transactions, you can download them from your bank. Then, manually import and categorize them again.
