QuickBooks monthly subscription invoice

Greetings!

 

I would like to know if there is an option to add an email address to get the monthly invoice in intuit because I have to download it manually and upload it to the receipt section every month. Can you please suggest me a solution?

I can help you add an email address in QuickBooks Online (QBO). This way, you'll receive invoices from Intuit.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under Your Company, select Account and settings.
  3. Click the Company tab.
  4. Select the Contact info edit pencil icon.
  5. Enter your email in the Company email section.
  6. Hit Save, and then Done.

Hello, DileepaNirmal.

 

Quickbooks Online uses receipt forwarding to upload your receipt via email. It just requires a few steps to initially set up and then you can start using receipt forwarding we will extract the details and upload the transactions for you to review. More details on the setup and how it works can be found in this article.


We'll have to set up your company email through your account and settings first. 

 

  1. Select the Gear ⚙ icon and then select Account and settings
  2. From the Contact info, click the edit button. 
  3. Add your company email and then Hit Save.

I am already using the receipt forwarding email option in QuickBooks. I want to know if there's an option in QuickBooks Account and settings, to add a specific email address to receive the monthly generated invoice of Intuit.
