Quickbooks online app refreshing when swapping apps

Hi, I use quickbooks online on my huawei p30 pro, don't know if the apps been updated recently but if I'm in quickbooks and switch apps and then back to quickbooks it refreshes and I loose anything I've been working on unless I save it before switching apps and then have to go back into it. 

Its only just started doing this which is very annoying

Hello there, @Mattymoo1979. I want to ensure you'll be able to use your QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app seamlessly.

 

Encountering issues when using your QBO mobile app can be fixed by clearing its cache. This process will refresh the program to prevent odd behaviours while accessing it. Here's how:

 

  1. Open your app and go to the Menu icon.
  2. Next, tap More Options and select Settings.
  3. Then, click Refresh Data and tap YES to confirm.

 

On the other hand, you can also do this in your phone's settings. Refer to the steps below:

 

  1. Go to your device's Settings.
  2. Then, select Apps.
  3. Next, select the QuickBooks app and click Storage. 
  4. From there, select Clear data.
