Quickbooks online invitation

I have received an invite from my client based in the UK .. whenever I try to accept the invite and fill in my login info its redirects me to make a new firm account 
Why can't I accept my invitation?

When accepting a client's invitation to add you as an accountant, make sure you have the same QuickBooks region as the client's. That being said, I recommend ensuring that you utilize the QuickBooks Online Accountant UK to accept the invitation effectively. Otherwise, you may have been routed to create a new account because you utilize a different nation, such as the US or ROW.

 

However, if you also use the UK version, ensure your client sends the invite to the correct email address. It should be the one tied to the user ID you use to sign in and enter the correct information.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Open the invite email.
  2. Select Accept Invitation.
  3. Sign in with your existing user ID and password.
  4. If you see your client’s account listed in the Clients tab, you’re all set to manage their books.

I tried changing region and all .. still cannot accept the invitation

I appreciate all the efforts you've exhausted to get this working, Mashal. 

 

Don't worry, I'll provide another solution on how to handle that situation. Since changing regions isn't still able to accept the invitation.  

 

Let's take a look at your web browser to see if that's causing any issues. Sometimes, browser issues can affect the performance of certain features. Open the invite manually: 

 

  1. Open the invite email.
  2. Right-click the Accept Invitation link and copy the web address.
  3. Open a new private web browser. In Google Chrome, this is called an Incognito Window. For other browsers, it's a Private Window or Private Browser.
  4. Right-click the address bar and paste the copied web address.
