Quickbooks online no working doesn't show dashboard

Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to get this fixed and get you back to working order.

 

Just to clarify, are you referring to the QuickBooks data on the dashboard? If yes, you'll have to make sure that the Privacy mode is turned off to display the information. Just simply toggle the Privacy slider at the upper right-hand corner to turn this off.

 

I've included a screenshot below for your visual reference.

 

If the Privacy mode is off and the dashboard still won't the data, let's try logging into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser. There are times that the browser stores frequently-accessed data, thus causing websites, like QBO, to act weirdly. 

 

To use a private browser, here's how:  

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

If this works, it means that you need to clear your browser's cache so the system can start fresh.

 

If you get the same result while using a private browser, I recommend switching to a different browser.
