I want customers to be able to click on their invoice to pay it by card or BACS but whenever I try to set up Quickbooks Payments it says "we aren't accepting new applications for Quickbooks Payments in the UK at this time"
I don't want to enable paypal payments as this is tricky for our accounting so I only want options to pay via card or BACS.
Any ideas gratefully received!

In Quickbooks, there is no way of doing the payments through BACS or just by card payments. QuickBooks payments are no longer available in the UK and there are no plans to restart it either.
The only way would be to set up integration with either GoCardless or PayPal so your customers can pay directly to you once invoiced in Quickbooks by direct debit(GoCardless- they fill in a mandate sent through Quickbooks) or by debit/credit card(Paypal- they have a pay now on the invoice once the app is set up in Quickbooks) .or you can include the BACs details on the message to the customer but it would be for transfers the customer would make separately.
