Quickbooks Premier not taking my liscence number

So i had a Quickbooks Premier accounting 2014 edition installed, i recently had to reinstall Windows on my PC, I'm installing the same Quickbooks program again but its not taking my licence number or product code, I live in south Africa so there's no way for me to call support. and i also don't want to buy a new licence.

Hi Ashleigh,

I am having the same issue.

I have x 5 licenses, two of which I was able to register and those are installed and working fine on two PC's.

I have another 2 users that need to use our company file, on these PC's i've always had issues with registering, so I have had to just uninstall and reinstall using the 3 different licenses that are not registered to make use of the program on these two PC's. Now, none of the three will work and it won't let me register them either.

 

I desperately need to access the Desktop Premier 2015 version on these PC's so we can refer back to old Invoices etc to move over to the new online platform.

 

Installation always goes well, however as soon as I try and open the company file it asks for Registration. I do the registration and it constantly comes back with "QB was unable to complete registration". Leaving us with no access to these two accounts.

 

Please help! I too am in South Africa and nobody can assist me. We did buy this version from the Inuit UK website back in 2015.

You have to call Intuit UK support to reactivate your license. Otherwise, you should contact @Fiat Lux - ASIA and you can use the trial version to access your archive files for good.
