Quickbooks Pro 2021 Desktop: Unable to Activate!

I've installed a paid version (I do have an invoice) of Quickbooks Pro 2021 and cannot go past the activate stage. I've also uninstalled it and re-installed a couple of times, made sure that all the necessary details were correct (i.e. name, email, phone number) restarted the laptop to no avail!

A page turns up saying "The website cannot display the page".

The laptop runs Windows 10 Pro.

 

Any ideas, suggestions please?

Good job on performing some troubleshooting steps and ensuring that all your details are accurate. Also, I've checked with my tools about the error you've encountered "The website cannot display the page" there is no similar issue reported in our system.  

 

That said, I suggest reaching out to our Customer support team. This way, one of the agents will be able to pull up your account in a secure way and help you with the activation process. Here's how:  

 

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Continue.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start messaging with a support expert.
    • Get a callback from an expert (availability may be limited). 

 

I want to make sure you'll get your QuickBooks activated on time. Check out our available hours of operation first before calling us.

Is it QB Desktop UK version? When did you purchase it?
