QuickBooks Self-Employed INVOICES WONT LOAD: Error message: invoices aren’t loading check back later

Unable to Open Invoices, drafts or view any sent invoices.

 

I mainly use my IPhone for sending invoices.

Cleared Cache no success

It has been unresolved for several weeks.

 

Extremely FRUSTRATED !!!

There haven't been any similar issues reported in QuickBooks. However, I have a few troubleshooting steps to help this sorted out. First, let's ensure that your app is functioning properly by checking if it is updated to the latest version.

 

Also, we can reset the application to refresh it. Follow the steps below:    

 

  1. Go to Help & Feedback at the top menu bar.  
  2. Choose Reset App Data. Then Refresh.

 

If the same thing happens after performing the steps above, I'd suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the QBSE application.

 

Additionally, I recommend accessing your account through a web browser to determine if you encounter the same error. It will help us identify if the issue is specific to the app or if it extends to the web version as well.
