Quickbooks: Simple Start and Pro Tax

I want to buy Simple Start but before I do, I want to make sure that I can file for a Private limited company. We are not VAT registered and the turnover < 15K / Year. From what I can see I should be able to file with HMRC and Companies House using Pro Tax. Questions:

  1. Is Pro Tax included with my plan?
  2. Is it free?
  3. Can I submit online with HMRC and Companies House?
  4. I saw that we're able to file to Companies House and HMRC via Work Papers and Pro Tax. Is that assumption correct?
  5. Miscellaneous: Can more that one person log into the company accounts?
