QuickBooks subscription - Credit card payment method

Hi All. This is my first question on this forum, and I'm hoping someone here can help me.

 

I have 2 credit card payment methods to pay for my QuickBooks subscription. How do I delete one of the credit cards in the QuickBooks's system?

I'm glad to guide you through how to delete the payment card for your QuickBooks Online subscription, sebherrera.  

 

Deleting the QuickBooks payment subscription need to be done by our Phone support team. They have the tools to check your account with us and can help you update your billing details. Here's how to contact us: 

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
  4. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:
  • Start a chat with a support expert. Live chat all day, M-F.
  • Ask the community to get help from businesses like yours.
  • Call us. M-F, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM and S-S, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Hi Ailene. I have tried as you suggested. The "Call Us" option does not exist. I had previously had a chat with one of your live support agents, but they told me that it was not possible to delete one of the two credit card details used for paying my QB subscription. I suppose it could also be that he/she did not know how to do it. I have attached a copy of the chat.

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

You can't remove card payment details that's paying for the subscription, but what do you exactly mean by you have 2 cards connected to pay for the subscription because that is not possible unless you are meaning you have 2 subscriptions and want to cancel one of the accounts? Or you mean you have 2 connected in your transactions screen and want to disconnect one but you have said doesn’t really make sense. Please can you provide us with more information so we can help resolve it for you thanks.
