Quickbooks Thumbs up/Thumbs Down

Good Day Everyone,

 

Just posting here as I can't seem to find an email to forward to. I have received the 'how are you getting on with Quickbooks?' email and I'm asked to rate thumbs up/thumbs down.

 

Both links do not work I'm afraid, they just take you to a 404.

I will also say at this point, that Quickbooks does like to send a lot of emails. There is no option to unsubscribe either as all emails (including this thumbs up email) are specifically marked with "This message was sent to you to inform you of a critical matter." at the bottom.

 

Getting a feedback rating in my mind is not critical, nor was the email advising me how to 'create an invoice'.  A critical matter would be, hey, all your money is leaving your account or hey, your paying too much tax (I wish!!).

 

So if you can allow me to unsubscribe from such emails, that would be great.

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

Thanks for letting us know we will look into this. 

 

In regards to stopping emails getting sent to you from Intuit. 

 

If you got to the main cog wheel>under about you there is a heading intuit accounts> if you click that then click data and privacy> toggle off newsletters and also events and offers, you should then not receive any emails from intuit.
