QuickBooks used to have online support to help you whilst you were doing something - its now an ask the community and left for days - does anyone else have this issue

QuickBooks offers a variety of support options, including callback, chat support, and community forums, tracey.

 

QuickBooks Online (QBO) Plus, Essentials, and Simple Start versions offer support from Monday to Sunday between 8:00am-10:00pm British. These hours are designed to assist users with any questions or concerns they may have during these times. 

 

Just make sure you'll contact them during their available hours.
 

  1. Within your QBO account, go to Help in the upper-right corner.
  2. In the Search tab, click Contact us.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern.
  4. Click Continue

 

You may not be able to reach a representative or receive a response until support hours resume if you contact QuickBooks support outside of their available hours. This is because QuickBooks support operates during specific hours to ensure that their representatives are available to assist users during those times.

 

If the same thing happens, you can log in to your QBO account in a private browser to isolate this behavior. An overloaded browser can cause problems not being able to see the updated information in the program. Here are the shortcut keys:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Option P

 

If that works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache and browsing history. It gives your browser a fresh start. Another thing that you can do is switch to other supported web browsers.
