Re: Is it possible to send a remittance via email that shows all bills included in the payment?

Hi, I need to send and view remittances to a suppliers that contain multiple invoice payments.

I cannot find a way to view a remittance that also contains the suppliers bill number.

Please can you advise how I can pull a report to show a remittance with

- Date

- Amount

- All bill numbers and individual totals included in the total payment

    At this, we don't have a built-in remittance advice report in the QuickBooks Online (QBO). As an alternate solution, run the Transaction List by Supplier and customised it to show the date, amount, and bill numbers, along with individual totals. Allow me to show the steps to complete this task.

     

    1. In your company, head to the Reports menu on the left panel and enter Transaction List by Supplier in the Search field.
    2. On the report's page, set the correct date range from the Report period drop-down.
    3. Click the Customise report link and select Columns.
    4. Tick the boxes for the following: Date, Amount, No. Supplier, and Transaction type.
    5. Use the Filter option to filter by the specific supplier and transaction type, like bill and bill payment.
