Receipt are not Syncing on Mobile App

I'm new with Quickbooks receipt snapping on the mobile app. At first, it was working so well for me and then it started acting weird. For some reason, it is no longer syncing the receipts. I keep getting a message to "refresh" and I do that and nothing seems to change. Any tips to get it working again??

Thanks for visiting the Community today, @theaugustsisters. I'm here to help ensure the receipt synchs on the QuickBooks Mobile App again. 

 

We can perform some troubleshooting steps to fix issues with the app. Before we begin, restart the app by closing it and reopen. You can also power down and restart your device.

 

Then, we can no start clearing the app data. Here's how: 

 

In the QuickBooks Online app:

 

Android 

  1. From the ⋮ button, select Settings
  2. Select Refresh Data.
  3. Click Yes.

 

iOS

 

  1. Go to the Menu ☰ icon, then select Help & Feedback.
  2. Click Refresh Data.
  3. Select Refresh.

 

Then, go to your device Settings:

Android

  1. Go to the Settings menu. 
  2. Select Apps (varies by device), then choose QuickBooks app from the list Storage
  3.  Select Clear data.

 

iOS

 

  1. From your device's Settings, select Setting General iPhone Storage.
  2. Choose an app that's taking up a lot of space. 
  3. Click the Offload App.

 

If this behavior continues, I'd suggest you uninstall and reinstall the app.
