Question

Recently when I have snapped a receipt and try create an expense form, it comes up with an error message which says validation failed. QuickBooks encountered an error?

I have updated app, deleted and reloaded app, still get it!

Hi katepickering198 Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community. Have you previously been able to to snap receipts and create expenses are you using an Android or iPhone mobile device and which app have you installed, the self employed or accounting app?

Yeah have never had a problem before but for the last two weeks I get the error msg. I’m using an iPhone and have the accounting app.
