Remote access to company not allowing updates
Hello, i am working with QuickBooks Pro2018, the desktop version. For the past couple years we've utilized the remote desktop option so that my bookkeeper has full access to the books at any time. However, it seems that within that last month or two our payroll updates are not "sticking". I am constantly being asked to update to the latest version, when i do the update nothing is changes and i am again asked to update. I've had to manually calculate payroll taxes a couple times.
Along with the payroll update issue, i have also encountered a "vital quickbooks updated is needed" message when i start the remote session. I have gone through the process of that update as well, and again nothing changes. According to the message i haven't updated for almost 50 days, which is not the case.
Any ideas????
