Rydoo expense platform - FX issues on import

Hi, whenever my expenses import from Rydoo they always convert at a GBP/USD rate of 1. As these expenses are imported in batches am I to assume that this is the same bug that others are experiencing when bulk importing and that there is no fix for this?

Hello Dave, Thanks for your question in the Community. Rydoo is not a 3rd party app which is part of the apps that are approved as integrating with QB. How are you bulk importing them? If it is through Rydoo it would be a case of speaking with them.
