Sales manager

I have a complaint against a sales manager, he has sold me the product that he mentioned would have the whole lot eg payrol and CIS and since he has set up my account he has not taken my call and has left me to it. Got into contact with another manager he helped me at first but now doesn’t get back to you, gave me a number to customer service who take minimum 30 mins or longer to answer when they say it’s 3 minute waiting time. I really need to speak to someone.

Sorry to hear about your experience so far.

 

The sales department predominately deal with sales and not offer support with the product after the sale. We apologise that the sales agent should have at least explained this to you and provided you with the telephone support number.

 

Again we apologise for the length of time it may have taken you to contact an agent for assistance. This may be due increased call volumes due to the time of year, financial year end approaching, however there is the option for a call back.
