Saving invoices as pdfs

I would like to be able to save my invoices as pdf files and write my own email and attach the files

You've got the right place to help you with your QuickBooks questions. I can share some insights on how to save invoices in PDF format.

 

There are 2 ways to do that in QuickBooks. Follow the steps below:

 

Option 1: In the Sales tab.

  1. Go to the Sales menu.
  2. Tap the Invoice tab.
  3. Mark the invoices you want to save.
  4. Click the Batch actions button.
  5. Choose Print invoices to open the PDF window.
  6. Click the Download icon at the top right section of the PDF screen.

 

 

Option 2: On the invoice.

 

  1. Open the invoice.
  2. Click on Print or Preview twice.

     
  3. On the PDF screen click the Download icon.
