self employed app and browser wont sync transactions

Hi, I'm two days into QB, using the Self-employed App and Self-employed on the browser. The App and the browse wont sync the transactions, I have now gone through all my transaction through the browser, which also included lots of doubles. But when I sign into the app all the transactions i've already sorted through are in there, untouched waiting for review. I've un and re-installed the app, signed out on both multiple times, Played around with different settings. I've added receipts on the App and these have appeared on the Browser, so I know some things are syncing up. Any suggestions greatly welcomed. Thanks Caroline

Could you please provide us a screenshot of the banking transactions showing with in the app so we can take a further look into this for you.
