Set a default printer for Quick books

In QBO, how can you set the default printer. We have two online applications - QBO and a Courier company - both are online systems. The QBO prints to the laser Printer and the Courier firm to a label printer. Trouble is you have to mess about all the time resetting the default printer as Chrome (recommended by QBO) uses the last printer used. I have also turned of Windows 10 smart print. This seems to be a major flaw in web based software

Thanks for your post. It is not possible to set a default printer for QuickBooks Online, any settings relating to default printer would need to be selected within the browser you're using, as this is where the information from is sent to print. Google Chrome is the recommended browser for QBO so it may be worth reaching out to their support team for any issues the browser is having retaining the default printer setting.
