Set Invoice Layout Per Class

Hi,

 

I would like to be able to set a default invoice layout per class. So, a certain class always gets the right invoice layout by default. At the moment we have to edit the invoice and click on customise and select the invoice layout we want. This should be able to be set by default surely.

 

I realise you can set a layout as the global default but this is no good for us.

 

It wouldn't be so bad if you could set the layout automatically via API but you can't do that either! Any ideas?

There is no way of being able to do this unfortunately, you can only set one as a default but it would be set for all invoices rather then just for certain ones. It is just the case of having to click on the customise button on the invoice and selecting the right template you want im afraid. You can leave this as feedback by going to the main cog wheel>feedback, this gets sent straight to the developers.

Hi @Provance 

If you're creating invoices via API this is probably not going to help but I use Recurring Invoice templates (unscheduled) each one saved with a different invoice layout.
