Since an upgrade a few months ago I can no longer see my Employees payroll history. I need to go back 18 months for my coming year end. How can I access this info?

If your payroll data was moved to Core Payroll from the upgrade, all of your data, forms, or reports from previous years will also be moved and be available in a secure area within Core Payroll. 

Since you're unable to see your employee's payroll history, I suggest connecting with our QuickBooks Payroll Team. This way, they can provide your earlier payroll data so you can review them. Here's how to reach out to them:

1. Click Help (?).
2. In the Search section, select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
3. Choose a way to connect with us:
   • Start a chat with a support expert. Live chat all day, M-F.
   • Call us. M-F, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and S-S, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Additionally, QuickBooks payroll reports provide extensive information about your business and employees. You can customise these reports to highlight the payroll data and details that are most important to you.
